ADULT TENNIS PROGRAM

CourtSense at Tenafly Racquet Club offers a wide variety of programming for the adult player no matter their level. We provide instructional, fitness based, games based, and match play programs in a private, semi-private, group, and league settings. Our Adult players have access to the latest technology from PlaySight smart courts, instant replay, video analysis, and programmable ball machines.

Using our CourtSense methodology we have created a developmental pathway for our Adult Players. Players are evaluated and given a “CS Level” based on their individual characteristics and developmental needs (strengths and weaknesses of their tennis ability). Since the NTRP rating system is solely based on match play we do not use it to place a player into our programming A player can “hide” their weakness while playing points and be competitive but our CS levels are based on the fact that the player needs to work on that weakness. Therefore, NTRP ratings can vary within our CS Levels.

We believe this developmental pathway would help every player achieve their personal tennis goals and create a better tennis experience.
